Finding the right pair of Wide Leg Pants for Petite Women
Being an entrepreneur has really built up my confidence over the years, my height ( 5’1 ) is no longer an issue when it comes to styling. I used to feel like a kid compared to the tall “grown ups” and have always avoid wearing unflattering clothing. I never thought of being able to pull off Net-a-porter clothes given their standard sizing, nor wide leg pants. But somehow, wide leg pants have become one of my favorite piece of clothing to go for when I open my wardrobe.
If you are about my height, you will know how hard it can be to look for the right pants for petites when it comes to finding the right length without any alterations needed. This Michael Kors cropped printed stretch-crepe culottes are my current favorite, it hangs nicely around mid-waist and I always go for the smallest size they have, in this case, it’s a size 0.
Pairing with the Classic Point Toe Pumps
I could’ve paired this look with a platform sandals but I thought a pair of classic point toe pumps like these Godiva Pumps by Sergio Rossi would be more appropriate for work and did I mention how comfortable they are? If you are choosing Louboutin simply for that red noticeable stiletto heel and comfort level is not your main concern, then Louboutin Pigalle Follies is the way to go. However, if you opt for comfort, and a good 4 inches height heel, definitely give these classic point toe pumps a go, these velvety suede leather is so luxurious to touch!
Alternatively, instead of spending $600 on a pair of shoes, you can get a pair of the ‘Neevo’ Pointy Toe Pump for $184.95 on Nordstrom, they look very similar and also comes in a 4 inches heigh heel.
